DELIVERY & SHIPPING

​UK MAINLAND

  • All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked; please allow up to 3 - 7 working days. 

  • Delivery Costs – All orders £39 and over – Free Shipping! 

  • Orders under £39– Flat rate of £3.50 per shipment.

  • The above applies to UK MAINLAND ONLY. Please note, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases. ​

INTERNATIONAL 

  • EUROPE: Orders will be sent via Royal Mail delivery; please allow up to 7-9 working days.

  • Delivery Costs: £0-£70 £10 .  £70+ FREE SHIPPING

  • REST OF THE WORLD: Orders will be sent by Royal Mail; please allow 9-14 working days.

  • Delivery Costs: £0 - £70 £13 .  £70+ FREE SHIPPING

  • Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following working day, orders placed after 1pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dealt with on Monday, and bank holiday orders will be processed the next working day. We must, however, ask that you allow five business days for delivery to cover unforeseen circumstances, should they arise.
     

  • If on the extremely rare occasion, we receive payment for goods that are temporarily out of stock or in production, we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to inform you immediately. An alternative will be offered, if this is not suitable, then we will issue a full refund immediately.  
     

  • Please note that any duty and administration charges incurred by your parcel being delivered overseas will need to be settled by you as Charmology will not be held liable for these. Also, please be aware that unfortunately, it may not be possible for us to deliver to some countries. If an order is received with a delivery address outside the territories stated, our Customer Care team will get in touch with you.

Prices

  • All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (UK Sales Tax), at the current rate of 20%. 
     

  • While we make every effort to ensure that prices and details are correct on our website, data entry errors and other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being shown. In such cases, we are not required to honour the price. If you see any price, you believe to be inaccurate, and then please contact us before placing your order.

Payment

  • All payments for orders through on our website are processed through our secure online payment service – Stripe.  Your details pass through some security checks which include CV2 and address verification.
     

  • If on the unforeseen circumstance, our security check rejects your payment, the order will be cancelled, and we will contact you.
     

  • Payments can be made online via debit or credit card.

Liability - PLEASE READ THIS CLAUSE

  • If you have notified us of a problem with the goods within 14 days of delivery, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
     

  • We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not, in any event, include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.
     

  • This does not affect your statutory rights if you are a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
     

  • By accepting your order with Charmology you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
