That's a difficult one. We cannot specify that our products are allergen free - it depends what the allergy is. As far as the metal content goes, for silver we only use 925 Silver & for Gold we use 18CT. If the item is Silver Plate we only use 925 Silver Plate. There is no Nickel and/or Cadmium in any Charmology products.

Basically we don't use any plastic, whenever possible. We absolutely DO NOT use single use plastics but the elastic in our bracelets is made from stretchy thread. We don't consider that a single use plastic - we hope you'll wear your bracelets more than once!
